My name is Cherie, and I am the founder and creator of Nobody Better Personal Training. Fitness has been an interest of mine since a young age. Growing up I was always the tomboy girl that loved sports. I did Mixed Martial arts, kick boxing and self defence.
At the age of 6 I started Karate and became State Champion & National Champion. Joining the Australian team for Oceania championships, from there became Oceania champion and then went on to compete at the world championships and placed 4th.
As I matured my passion for training diminished. I struggled with Depression, PTSD, substance abuse for the greater part of my life so fitness is more then just physically being healthy, of having a good body. Its mentality, its a lifestyle and its consistency. I come from an amazing supportive loving family. Training helped me with struggles i never thought i would overcome and that is where it became a passion.
As soon as I had a personal trainer motivating me and pushing me to train 4 days a week. This relit the fire and passion I had for fitness within me and so I decided to fully commit myself to this path of life.
After seeing results and true change in my life, I was motivated to learn as much about fitness and training for my own self knowledge and growth.
This has inspired me to share the knowledge I have about fitness with others in order to help them get through the challenges I once had.
Seeing the positive change in my clients brings me to absolute fulfilment and joy as I witness firsthand the sudden build in happiness, confidence and strength. I strongly believe that I can help you discover the benefits of training as I guide you every step of the way.

Training in a group helps to keep you motivated, committed and pushes you to achieve more challenging results in a healthy team environment. These sessions include proper strength development training along with cardiovascular conditioning, so that every client’s individual needs are addressed even when in small groups.

Cancellation
You can cancel your session with in 24 hours with out loosing your booking fee. If you cancel on day or after the 24 hour time frame you’re session fee will still be charged.
No Refunds
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY PACKAGES OR MEMBERSHIPS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS OR PRORATED BILLING. In such circumstances, you will continue to have access until end of month, each provider reserves the right to offer alternative for packages or pre paid session extension times for medical or unforeseen circumstances.
